Most AI customer-service tools route every conversation through OpenAI or Anthropic. We don't. Ringle runs on self-hosted models inside our own infrastructure — so the calls and chats your customers have with us stay on our stack, not someone else's.

Ringle's brain runs on self-hosted models we operate ourselves. Customer conversations are never shipped to a third-party LLM provider for inference, logging, or training. That posture is unusual in this category — and it's the default, not an enterprise upsell.
Conversations stay inside our infrastructure.
Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and MinIO all live in-cluster on our Kubernetes namespace. There is no shared data plane with another tenant, and no off-cluster shadow copy of conversation transcripts. Backups are encrypted and retained on our own object storage.

Authentication uses HttpOnly JWTs and a path-restricted refresh cookie issued on the .getringle.com parent domain. Tokens rotate on every refresh, the refresh cookie can only travel to the auth refresh endpoint, and presence is signaled with a separate non-HttpOnly cookie so we never expose the JWT to client JS.
Compliance posture: CSA STAR Level 1, and what comes next.
201 Creations LLC, the company behind Ringle, is listed on the Cloud Security Alliance STAR registry at Level 1. Level 1 is the self-assessment tier: we published a CAIQ submission against the Cloud Controls Matrix, and no third party audited it. Formal attestations (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI) are on the roadmap. We can describe data residency, encryption-in-transit and at-rest, role-based access controls, audit logging, and incident response in detail today, so talk to us about your specific requirements and we will share where we are honestly.
