Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Ringle handles account, business, and ordering data when you use the portal, demos, and connected services.
Last updated: March 9, 2026
What We Collect
Ringle stores the account details you provide when you create a portal account, such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, and settings you choose inside the product.
When you use the customer demo or live ordering features, we may process conversation content, order details, language preferences, and integration metadata needed to operate voice and text ordering workflows.
How We Use Information
We use your information to authenticate users, configure your workspace, deliver voice and text ordering experiences, support integrations such as Square or Shopify, and improve product reliability.
We also use limited operational telemetry to troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and measure product health. We do not sell your personal information.
How We Share Information
We share data only with service providers or integration partners that are necessary to deliver the product, such as infrastructure, communications, payment, and commerce platforms you explicitly connect.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the security of customers, businesses, or the platform.
Security and Retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account data and ordering activity. No system can promise absolute security, but we work to limit access and retain data only as long as it is needed for the service or legal obligations.
Your Choices
You can review and update account information inside the portal, request changes to business data, and contact us if you need help with access, deletion, or data handling questions.
For privacy questions related to the portal or customer ordering data, contact support@getringle.com.
