About Ringle's Multi-Tenant Architecture

Ringle is an AI conversation platform that businesses use to interact with their customers across voice, web chat, SMS, and email. Two distinct senders may text you under this policy:

First, Ringle itself, sending platform-level messages such as account verification codes and service updates. These come from Ringle's brand SMS number, +1 (213) 277-7072.

Second, an individual business that uses Ringle, sending transactional messages related to your interaction with that business — order confirmations, payment links, return and exchange status, pickup and delivery notifications. These come from that business's own SMS number, which it has purchased and operates through Ringle's platform.

Both kinds of messages require your explicit prior consent and follow the same opt-out, help, and frequency rules described below.

How You Receive Messages from Ringle

Four opt-in paths exist. You will only ever be enrolled through one or more of these explicit paths.

Keyword opt-in (Ringle brand). Text START, YES, or SUBSCRIBE to +1 (213) 277-7072. We immediately reply with a confirmation that you have opted in, the message frequency disclosure, and instructions for getting help or opting out. After this, you may receive Ringle-direct transactional messages — service updates, verification codes, and account communications.

Proactive inbound-text opt-in (tenant conversations). If you text a business number powered by Ringle first, we treat that inbound message as consent to respond in the same customer-service conversation. Your inbound text, timestamp, tenant, and the number you contacted are recorded as the consent event, and replies are sent only in connection with that active conversation unless you later opt out.

Verbal IVR opt-in (during a voice call with a Ringle-powered business). When a text message would help during the call — for example, sending you a payment link, an order summary, or a return-status link — Ringle's voice AI will pause and ask for your permission first. The exact disclosure is: "I'd like to send you a text message, but I need your permission first. Press 1 to opt in to receiving texts from us, or press 2 to skip." If you press 1, your consent is recorded and the requested message is sent from that business's SMS number. If you press 2, no text is sent.

Chat-based opt-in (during a web chat session with a Ringle-powered business). When a text message would help during the chat session, the AI will request your permission via an in-chat prompt, and you must explicitly confirm before any SMS is sent.

Verbal IVR Disclosure Script (Reference)

For transparency, the exact verbal disclosure used during voice-call opt-in is reproduced here verbatim:

"I'd like to send you a text message, but I need your permission first. Press 1 to opt in to receiving texts from us, or press 2 to skip."

This script is implemented in Ringle's voice AI and runs before any text message is sent during a call. Consent is recorded with the timestamp, the phone call session ID, and the keypress recorded.

Sample Messages

Examples of messages you may receive after opting in. Every message includes "Reply STOP to opt out" (or equivalent) so you can revoke consent at any time without leaving the conversation. Links may use a Ringle-branded short domain such as l.getringle.com or a verified tenant-specific short-link domain.

"Order #1234 confirmed: 1x Margherita Pizza, 1x Caesar Salad. Total $20.50. Pickup at 7:15pm at Acme Pizzeria. Reply STOP to opt out."

"Complete your order payment here: https://l.getringle.com/pay123 - Acme Pizzeria via Ringle. Reply STOP to opt out."

"Your return for order #1234 has been approved. Refund of $20.50 will arrive in 3-5 business days. Reply STOP to opt out."

"Hi from Ringle: your account verification code is 123456. Reply STOP to opt out."

Message Frequency

Message frequency is bounded by the number of voice or chat sessions you initiate. You will only receive messages during or shortly after an active session — typically one to three messages per session. Messages are not sent unprompted, and Ringle does not send promotional broadcasts under this policy.

For Ringle-direct brand communications (account verification codes, service updates), frequency is bounded by your account activity — typically a handful of messages per month at most.

How to Stop or Pause Messages

You can opt out of any further messages at any time by replying with one of the following keywords to any Ringle-related text message: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE.

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages from that sender. Opting out from a tenant business's number stops messages from that business; opting out from Ringle's brand number stops Ringle-direct platform messages. To pause across all senders, opt out from each that has messaged you.

To resume messaging from a sender after opting out, reply START (or YES, or SUBSCRIBE) to the same number.
